We charge transparent prices for all of our rooms so that you know exactly what you are spending. Included in your rent is all utilities, furnishings, kitchen equipment and unlimited wifi. All you need to do is bring yourself and your clothes and you are set. It's literally that easy!

Get frustrated when your housemates don't clean the bathroom or never contribute to routine cleaning? Never worry about that again - all of our properties include routine professional house cleaning for your convenience!

CONVENIENCE
At Sweet Potato Living, we strive to make house hunting an enjoyable and non-stressful experience. Typically in Sydney you will be asked to put forward a Security Deposit of 4 weeks rent - we understand that this is a lot of money so we only ask for 2 weeks. Additionally, our application process is transparent and speedy.
QUALITY ACCOMODATION
Quality is our middle name. If a property is not something that we would live in ourselves, we simply don't offer it. Sydney has a reputation for some not-so-desirable share homes, and that is exactly the type of property that we steer clear of!
